This seal indicates that The Bounce House has successfully passed the Basic Inflatable Safety Operations Certification course. This course is designed to provide operators with the knowledge, skills and abilities to safely operate basic moonwalks, mazes, combo units and slides that are up to 16 feet in height. Each BISOC member has met all membership requirements of the SIOTO organization.

We don't mind waiting until the morning of your event to cancel your reservation due to weather related issues. However, the decision must be made by 9:00 am. All reservations will be canceled if there is a 70% or more chance of rain at any time during your event. We use www.theweatherchannel.com hour by hour page for your zip code for this information.
There is NO bouncing in the rain! Not only does it ruin the equipment, but it is not safe for those bouncing. When the bouncy is wet, it is slippery. Children have a hard enough time watching out for each other without dealing with slipping.
When our two year old was caught in a bouncy when it accidentally deflated, we decided that there must be a safer way to bounce. The attendant was calling for the children to get out, but they just thought that their time was up. Obviously, they were in no hurry to get out. That is why we use the Watchdog Siren with each rental. There is no question that there is a problem, and the children must get out immediately.

This seal indicates that The Bounce House has successfully passed the Advanced Inflatable Safety Operations Certification, the final certification for operators requires the same high standards of testing in order to display this seal for those offering everything the BISOC offers along with inflatables that create interaction between participants, obstacle courses, larger slides, inflatable carnival games and more. These units include jousts, bungee runs, boxing, and other units requiring person to person contact or interaction.
